Physical condition:
Wheels have some minor imperfections on the outside top side of lips, some scrapes/light rash, 1 wheel may have a very light bend in the outside lip, hard to tell from visual, but you can feel a slight difference with your finger. Inside lips have some rash marks that have appear to been smoothed, and there are a few light indentions on them.

Cosmetic condition:
Wheels are in decent shape, but would benefit from a restoration, where the paint isn’t damaged it’s in beautiful shape, but, there is some damage to the painted finish, which is why I’d suggest restoration, including, chipping and scratches.  Lip clear coat has some scratches/fading in it, suggest strip and polish.

Wheels are able to be ran as is, wheels are quite a good candidate for a refinish, and have a very retro look to them:
