Cosmetic condition:
Wheels contain some scratches, and paint bubbles forming under the finish.  Finish is fading/faded in some areas.

Wheels are completely useable as is, but could benefit from a refinish.

I include the cost of shipping within the Wheels sale price. For Shipping is use a 3rd party vendor who supplies me with labels via Fedex Ground. Shipping price quote is only valid for the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
